Kevin Bishop is the Chief Executive (National Park Officer) for Dartmoor National Park Authority. His previous posts included: Director of Environment and Regeneration at the Welsh Local Government Association and Head of the Environment and Countryside Planning Unit at Cardiff University. He is a member of the World Commission on Protected Areas and was previously a Council member for the Countryside Council for Wales, on the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds Committee for Wales and has acted as an adviser to the Heritage Lottery Fund.
